Team news – Qualification success and a travel update

As we settle into 2025, we wanted to take a moment to share a quick update from both the team and family front.

First, a huge congratulations to Joe, who has taken another step forward on his journey to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser. He’s passed his ‘Long-Term Care Fees Planning’ qualification – an increasingly important area of advice given the realities of funding later life care. He’s making great progress with his exams, and it’s been brilliant to see his knowledge and confidence grow.

Meanwhile, on the personal side, Gareth’s middle daughter Seren has fully embraced the classic gap year adventure. She’s currently in New Zealand, no doubt living the best backpacker life, before heading to Australia and South East Asia. While the itinerary seems to involve more beaches and hiking than deep financial planning discussions, we’re sure she’s broadening her horizons in the best possible way – and, hopefully, learning the true value of budgeting along the way!
