Clients Looking to Simplify Their Money

Brian and Eileen had been retired for some time, and Brian had traditionally looked after the money with Eileen very much taking a back-seat interest, but he was starting to find that it was getting on top of him. This was causing Brian to worry. In addition to this, using various accounts to try and improve on returns was hindered by the poor rates on offer. They would like to reduce the burden of paperwork, and complexity of their savings, and ensure that their affairs were simplified to help Eileen in the event that Brian could not look after them himself at some point in the future.   "Trying to keeping track of what we had was really getting me down - we were drowning in paperwork. I realised that I couldn’t do this forever, and wondered how on earth my wife would be able to cope if I wasn’t around?"

This is an example of the type of scenario that typically faces a client, and doesn’t represent any specific individual.
